A day with SOLOMON
SOLOMON is a calm helper for your whole life, with a council of helpers behind it. Here is what an ordinary day looks like with a values-based rhythm.
Morning · Today
Open SOLOMON (on paid plans, a quiet note at the time you choose says the day is ready) and Today reads like a short conversation:
- Caleb: "Have you had your walk yet?"
- Timothy: "The call with Mike is due today."
- Barnabas: "It's been a while since you spoke to your brother."
- Magellan: "Rain after three. Take a coat."
Each line has quick replies — Done, Tomorrow, More — so the day is sorted in a minute.
Morning · the walk
Then the morning walk, one question at a time, in the shape you choose:
- Simple 5 — Gratitude, Intention, Top 3, People, Plan. Five minutes.
- Stoic morning — what's in your control, what might go wrong, who you want to be, and the three things that matter.
- The 10 P's, values edition — reflect, give thanks, name pressures, plan, connect, share.
- Your own — pick the steps you like and add your own questions.
Your answers become the day's journal. Lock anything private.
Through the day · just say it
Type, speak, ask Siri, or (on paid plans) message SOLOMON on Telegram or WhatsApp. Plain words are enough:
- "Remind me to call Mike Friday" — a task, back on Today that day.
- "Lunch with Sarah Friday at noon" — a calendar event, staged for your OK.
- "I did my workout" — the habit is marked done.
- "My passport expires in March" — the renewal goes on your list in good time.
- "Tell Sarah I'm running ten minutes late" — drafted, and sent only when you approve.
Anything that leaves the house waits in Approvals for your yes.
In the background
While you get on with the day, the council keeps watch:
- Missions keep looking into what you handed over — a rental, a flight, a gift — and report back with a shortlist (paid plans).
- Chronos tells you when someone adds, moves or cancels something on your calendar.
- Caleb nudges you a few minutes before the moment a habit usually slips.
- Joseph tells you when a new recurring charge appears, and checks in on a bill you're disputing (paid plans).
- Barnabas notices when it's been a while since you spoke to someone.
You hear about it briefly, at times you choose, with quiet hours respected.
Evening · the close
About two minutes, one question at a time: what you're grateful for, one win (small ones count), and what today taught you.
Last: anything I should work on overnight? Leave something to look into, and the answer is waiting in the morning.
Rest day and the week
Choose a rest day in Settings. The evening before, SOLOMON offers to move tomorrow's tasks a day on; on the day, Today keeps work out of sight. On Fridays you can opt in to a few weekend picks near you, and on Sunday a short weekly review looks back on the week.
