These terms govern your use of SOLOMON, a personal life-OS operated by Bethel Ventures, LLC(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them. Reading them won't take long.
The service
SOLOMON is a private operating system for your life. It connects to services you authorize (your calendar, email, bank, Bible reader, calendar, social poster, etc.) so it can help you organize, reflect, plan, and act. It includes a council of named specialist agents whose work is attributed visibly throughout the app.
What SOLOMON is not
- Not a doctor, dietitian, or pharmacist. Health coaching is for context; clinical decisions belong with licensed professionals.
- Not a lawyer, CPA, or financial advisor. Tax tagging and expense tracking help you prepare; filings, audits, and investment decisions need real licensed advice.
- Not a therapist or pastoral counselor. Devotional content is for personal use; spiritual care belongs with a real human pastor or counselor.
- Not the publisher. When SOLOMON drafts something for you, you are the author and publisher — review before sending.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password and two-factor codes safe, and for everything done under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access at support@hellosolomon.com. One account per person; sharing accounts is not supported.
Plans, billing and the beta
Paid plans are billed in advance each month through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in /settings; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund that charge in full. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
While SOLOMON is in a closed beta, access is by invitation, features may change or be removed, and free beta access may end with notice.
Your data, your decisions
You own everything you create inside SOLOMON. We don't sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. When you ask SOLOMON to perform an action that requires sending data to a third party — your AI provider, Plaid, Google, ElevenLabs, etc. — that data goes to them under their terms. See the Privacy policy for the full list and what each one sees.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use SOLOMON to harm others, harass, defame, or harvest data without consent
- Use SOLOMON to commit fraud, including bank/credit fraud or unauthorized access to accounts that aren't yours
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the underlying source code beyond what's permitted by law
- Resell or sublicense the service without written permission
- Submit malware, run automated traffic that degrades service, or attempt to bypass authentication
Bank connections (Plaid)
When you connect a bank, you authorize SOLOMON, via Plaid Inc., to access read-only data about your accounts: balances, account names, and transactions. You can revoke this access at any time from /finances by tapping Disconnect on the institution. Disconnecting removes all SOLOMON's stored data for that institution within seconds.
You acknowledge that the Plaid integration is read-only — SOLOMON does not initiate bank transfers or payments via Plaid.
Investing and trading
SOLOMON does not offer investing or trading, and nothing SOLOMON says about money is investment, tax or legal advice. Joseph can help you see where your money goes and plan a budget; decisions about investments are yours, ideally with a licensed professional.
AI-generated content
SOLOMON uses AI models to draft text, summarize content, transcribe voice, and synthesize speech. AI output can be wrong, biased, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing any AI output before relying on it for important decisions — financial, medical, legal, ministerial, or otherwise.
Availability
We aim for the service to be available whenever you need it, but we make no guarantee of uptime. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (your AI provider, Plaid, Google, etc.), or unexpected failures may temporarily interrupt service. SOLOMON is provided "as is" without warranty.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bethel Ventures, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
Termination
You can close your account at any time from /settings. Closing it cancels any paid subscription, disconnects your bank and Google accounts, and deletes your data immediately; encrypted backups taken before then are kept for up to 14 days. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security risk. On termination, your data is removed as described in the Privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced the next time you sign in, with the updated date at the top. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
